These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://balija.ng and the services we offer, including online booking, clinic visits, virtual optical consults, and shop orders. By using our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Online tools do not replace in-person clinical care. For urgent eye problems, call the clinic or seek emergency care.

• We provide optometry and optical services at our Lekki and Enugu clinics, subject to availability and clinical suitability.
• Service descriptions on the website are for information; your clinician may recommend a different plan based on examination findings.
• Exam and clinical fees are paid at the clinic unless we clearly state otherwise.

• You may book as a guest. Provide accurate name and phone (and email if available) so we can reach you.
• Appointments confirm when the booking succeeds, subject to clinic hours and available slots.
• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your visit by calling the clinic or asking Observer to help you reach us.
• Choosing “Other” requires a short description of what you need so we can prepare for your visit.
• We may contact you to adjust time, clinic, or service if clinically or operationally required.

• Only services marked as virtual-capable (for example optical consults) may be offered on Microsoft Teams.
• Full eye exams, fittings, and medical assessments are in person.
• If a Teams link is not available immediately after booking, we will send it by phone or email.

• Shop products are subject to availability. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
• Orders are currently cash on delivery for pickup at Lekki or Enugu, or shipping where offered.
• You are responsible for accurate delivery or pickup details.
• Returns and refunds for shop products follow our Refund Policy.

Observer helps with clinic hours, services, booking guidance, and shop questions. It does not diagnose conditions or provide medical advice. Do not rely on Observer for emergencies.

• Guest booking works without an account.
• If you create an account later, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or engage in fraudulent activity.

• Photos, logos, and content on this site are owned by Balija Eye Care unless stated otherwise.
• You may not copy or redistribute site content without written permission.

Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you consent to those practices.

We are not responsible for failures of third-party tools used with this website (for example payment processors, couriers, analytics, or Microsoft Teams).

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, booking delays, or courier issues. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for personal injury caused by our negligence where applicable).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
