Refund Policy

At Balija Eye Care, your satisfaction matters. If you have an issue with a product or purchase, we will do our best to make it right. This policy covers shop purchases; clinical exam fees paid in clinic are handled separately with the clinic team.

Our refund and returns window is 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

• Contact lenses or opened lens boxes
• Cleaning solutions and eye drops
• Gift cards or vouchers
• Downloadable digital products
• Customised or prescription glasses (unless defective)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you that we have received it and whether your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds for prepaid purchases are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will arrange a fair refund method with you (for example clinic pickup credit or transfer).

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email [email protected] with your order details and a brief description of the issue.

To return a product by post, mail it to:

• Balija Eye Care
• 3 Nnobi Ln, Lekki Peninsula II, Lekki 106104, Lagos, Nigeria

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong or defective item. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless we are at fault.

If you have not received an approved refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or payment provider. If you still need help, contact [email protected].
